We manage a rigorous cold-chain supply, flying in live Alaskan King Crab, Pacific Northwest Geoduck, and Australian Lobster multiple times a week. This allows us to serve delicate, live-catch seafood with the exact same pristine quality you would find in the top seafood markets of Hong Kong.

This made-to-order philosophy is critical to authentic texture, ensuring that every delicate dough maintains its perfect elasticity and every filling is served at its absolute peak temperature. When you order our signature plump, hand-pleated Har Gow (crystal shrimp dumplings) or the rich, savory Siu Mai (pork and mushroom dumplings), they are steamed in bamboo baskets exclusively for your table.
